The wine is made of grapes grown in a single vineyard where winds from different directions meet and make a wind rose creating a special terroir.

Dry white wine

Ingredients: 100% Muscat Ottonel

Sensory evaluation: very intensive aromatics with nectarine, pineapple and lime flavours; the wine is buttery and has a very long finish.

Alcohol: 14% vol

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 degrees Celsius

Vinification:  We use a short maceration process to extract fragrant materials from the skin. Cooled must is gently pressed using inert gases. It is left to rest and form a  static sediment for 48 hours and fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 12 – 14 degrees Celsius.

Aging: It ages on a fine sediment in stainless steel tanks for nine months.
