Project Description

We get our version of this unjustifiably neglected sort of wine by creating a Coupage of grapes grown in sandy soil, which gives aroma, and grapes grown in Smolnitza (Vertisol), which gives the structure to the blend.

Dry white Burgundy

Ingredients: 100% white Burgundy

Sensory evaluation: fresh floral and light citrus aromas; the wine is delicate and well-balanced

Alcohol: 12.5%vol

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 degrees Celsius

Vinification: Cooled must is gently pressed using inert gases. It is left to rest and form a static sediment for 48 hours and fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 16 degrees Celsius.
