Project Description

An international type of wine which clearly indicates all the special qualities of Vrsac vineyards. We have done our best to produce a recognizable and different Chardonnay.

Dry white wine

Ingredients: 100% Chardonnay

Sensory evaluation: well-balanced peach, citrus fruits and vanilla aromatics and fresh fruit on the finish

Alcohol: 13% vol

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 degrees Celsius

Vinification: Cooled must is gently pressed using inert gases. It is left to rest and form a static sediment for 48 hours and fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 15 – 18 degrees Celsius.
