Project Description

A unique Coupage of three types of grapes which have been traditionally grown in Vrsac vineyards for a very long time. The grapevines are 35 years old and penetrate deep into the ground, which gives this wine an unrivalled character.

Dry white wine

Ingredients: Italian Riesling, Muscat Ottonel and Chasselas

Sensory evaluation: apple and citrus fruits flavor with a delicate touch of ginger; it is a full-bodied wine, with a buttery texture rich on the palate.

Alcohol: 13% vol

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 degrees Celsius

Vinification: a Coupage of Italian Riesling and Chasselas are grown in the vineyard; Muscat Ottonel is processed separately.

Aging: It ages on a fine sediment in stainless steel tanks for nine months. A final Coupage is done afterwards.
