A great inclination of the hillside and the vineyard turned to the south make the Blaufränkisch vineyard a perfect place to produce a serious red wine.

Ingredients: 100% Blaufränkisch
Sensory evaluation: The wine has a mature and complex aromatics. Cherry and wild blackberry jam flavours prevail, with a touch of tobacco and cigarillos. It is chewy with silky tannins on the palate.
Alcohol: 13.5% vol
Serving temperature: 16 – 18 degrees Celsius
Vinification: a 15-day maceration process. Only Cuvee (the best grape juice from gentle pressing of the grapes) is used to produce the wine.
Aging: It ages in cement tanks for 14 months.
