Project Description

The vineyards are situated on a plateau above the village of Gudurica where you can feel a cold wind from the hillsides of the Carpathians at night in summer. This terroir offers a Chardonnay with a character.

Dry white wine

Ingredients: 100% Chardonnay

Sensory evaluation: ripe fruit, nougat and acacia flower aroma; a touch of butter, vanilla and coffee; the wine is well-balanced, delicate and rich on the palate.

Alcohol: 13.5% vol

Serving temperature: 9 – 11 degrees Celsius

Vinification: Cooled must is gently pressed using inert gases. It is left to rest and form a static sediment for 48 hours and fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 16 – 18 degrees Celsius.

Aging: It ages on a fine sediment in stainless steel tanks for nine months.
