FATTY BISCUIT WITH ORANGE JELLY, PARTIALLY COATED WITH COCOA DRESSING

Ingredients: fatty biscuit  43% (wheat flour, sugar, glucose syrup, egg powder, humectant-sorbitol, skimmed milk powder, palm fat, dough raising agents: Sodium-hydrogen carbonate and ammonium-hydrogen carbonate, emulsifier soy lecithin, salt), orange jelly 42% (glucose syrup, sugar, water, orange juice concentrate 2,5%, gelling agent pectin, preservative potassium-sorbate, acidity regulators: sodium- hydrogen carbonate and citric acid, orange flavour), cocoa dressing 15% (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat (soy), cocoa powder with reduced fat content 20%, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E492 and E476, flavours).
