The wine has a pronounced Muscat (sweet floral) aroma.

Semi-dry Rosé wine

Ingredients: Black Muscat and Blaufränkisch

Sensory evaluation: It has attractive salmon pink hue and intensive aromatics of rose petals, jasmine and strawberry notes

Alcohol: 13% vol

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 degrees Celsius

Vinification: Black Muscat is exposed to a short maceration process, Blaufränkisch is immediately gently pressed using inert gases. It is left to rest and form a static sediment for 48 hours and fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 14 – 16 degrees Celsius.
