A wine from the specific terroir covered by sandy soil rich in quartz slate which emphasizes the delightful aroma. You get a wine which is fresh and potable.

Semi-dry white wine

Ingredients: 100% Muscat Ottonel

Sensory evaluation: delicate hints of elderberry, citrus fruits and vineyard peach. The wine is balanced and rich on the palate. Mild sweet taste additionally emphasizes the character.

Alcohol: 12.5 % vol

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 C

Vinification:  We use a short maceration process to extract fragrant materials from the skin. Cooled must is gently pressed using inert gases. It is left to rest and form a static sediment for 48 hours and fermentation starts at a controlled temperature of 12 – 14 degrees Celsius.
