Biscuit with strawberry jelly and chocolate dressing

Ingredients: jelly (50%): sugar, glucose syrup, water, fruit concentrate 10% (50%-strawberry concentrate, 50%-apple concentrate), gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural colour and natural, identical colour. Biscuit (33%): wheat flour, sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, corn starch, humectant: E420ii, salt, dough raising agent: ammonium-hydrogen carbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, natural flavour. Chocolate dressing (17%): sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin , E492 and E476, flavour. Chocolate dressing contains at least 47% of dry matter from cocoa content.

Allergen information: The product contains: eggs, soy lecithin and wheat gluten. May contain traces of milk, peanuts and hazelnuts.
