ISLERI, LEAN BISCUIT Filled biscuit with cream and chocolate dressing

Ingredients: biscuit 60% (wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, fat-free soy flour, dough raising agents: sodium-hydrogen carbonate and ammonium-hydrogen carbonate, invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt), cream 27% (palm fat, sugar, flavours, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt, citric acid), chocolate dressing 13% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E492 i E 476, flavour). Chocolate dressing contains at least 47% of the overall dry mass of cocoa.
