Soft biscuit with orange jelly (50%) and chocolate dressing (17%)

Ingredients: jelly (50%): sugar, glucose syrup, water, fruit concentrate 5% (50%-orange concentrate, 50%-apple concentrate), gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid and natural orange flavour; biscuit (33%): wheat flour, sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, milk powder, , corn starch, humectant: E420ii, salt, dough raising agent: ammonium-hydrogen carbonate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, natural flavour. Chocolate dressing (17%): sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E492 and E476, flavour. Chocolate mass contains at least 47% of the overall dry mass of cocoa.
