UK-IE Chocolate ice cream decorated with chocolate chips
INGREDIENTS: Ice cream 97% (sugar, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, coconut oil, cooca powder with reduced cocoa butter content 2,4%, emulsifier E471, stabilisers (E331, E412), aroma, colouring E150d); chocolate chips 3%. Suggestion: In order to get even cremier texture, leave the ice cream at room temperature 1-2h before consumption, it will turn into MOUSSE, perfectly light and foamy dessert.
